Onsite Experience Leadership & Build Production

Provided comprehensive Pre-Event Experience & Build Production services, including project management, creative direction, materials procurement, budget tracking, scheduling, logistics coordination, transportation, RV pickup and operation, installation oversight, onsite programming leadership, maintenance, and final teardown.

Coordinated and supervised a team of three artist builders for the fabrication and installation of custom festival infrastructure, including service counters, lounge structures, a DJ console, shade structures, decorative archways, entry features, signage, themed decor, and other immersive experience elements. Also coordinated and supervised a team of 2–8 volunteers daily to support pre-build projects and provide crowd control during theevent. Additional responsibilities included material sourcing, loading and unloading, onsite installation, and complete festival teardown.

Artist Build Team

A team of three artist builders provided fabrication, assembly, installation, and teardown services for custom festival infrastructure and immersive experience elements. Scope of work included reclaimed materials acquisition, U-Haul loading/unloading, pallet deconstruction, construction of two 14-foot service counters, sourcing natural materials, interior decor and scenic dressings, fabrication and installation of the Cabin/Nest Lounge (off-site and on-site), DJ console construction, creation and assembly of a custom 10' × 20' shade structure, branch-woven archways (2), window façade for bandana distribution, main entrance archway, message boards, Bigfoot silhouette, and complete teardown and site restoration at the conclusion of the festival.
